Teaching

Jean-Baptiste GERARD teaches across leading institutions including ESSEC Business School, Sciences Po Paris, and CentraleSupélec – Université Paris-Saclay, delivering interdisciplinary education at the intersection of innovation, technology, design, and management. His teaching spans bachelor’s, master’s, executive master’s, and MBA programs, reaching more than 1,000 students in French and English in France and internationally. In addition to teaching responsibilities, Jean-Baptiste GERARD regularly serves as a jury member for master’s degree evaluation and validation.

His pedagogy combines technological expertise, strategic analysis, and human-centered methodologies to equip students, engineers, managers, and executives to address complex and rapidly evolving challenges. Courses integrate conceptual frameworks with applied practice, emphasizing experimentation, interdisciplinary thinking, and real-world implementation.
